Elliot is a British-Indian filmmaker, curator and writer based between Amsterdam and Bristol. He directs short films with In Bloom Studios, programmes Fight the Power: Films of Resistance at LAB111, and hosts the Celebrating Cinema podcast — in conversation with filmmakers from Ken Loach to Mati Diop, Raoul Peck and Ernest Dickerson. He holds an MA in Film Studies (cum laude) from the University of Amsterdam, where he has also lectured.
